CanPrev Women’s Multi is a complete vitamin and mineral formula for adult women, with B vitamins in active forms (methyl-B12, P-5-P B6 and 5-MTHF folate), taken as one capsule three times a day.

Directions: Women (19 years and older): Take 1 capsule, 3 times per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. 400 mcg of folate per day is adequate for most women (to reduce the risk of neural tube defects).
