If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.
We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. We accept payments through Stripe (credit and debit cards, Klarna, Affirm, Link and pre-authorized debit). When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Stripe, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. When you sign up through a pop-up or the newsletter form on our site, we collect your email address and, if you choose, your mobile phone number. Some of our forms also ask one optional question, such as your main health interest (for example, gut and digestion, sleep, energy or immunity) or who you are shopping for.
We use your answer only to choose which emails and product suggestions to send you, such as guides and products from the matching shop category. We do not use it to give medical advice, we do not ask about health conditions or medications, and we never sell it. Answering is optional: you can close the question or pick a general option and still receive your offer.
Because a health interest can be sensitive, we ask for it only with your express consent when you submit the form. You can ask us to delete or change your answer at any time by emailing [email protected], and you can unsubscribe from every email and text message with the link or the STOP reply included in each one.
We keep your sign-up details and your answer for as long as you stay subscribed, and delete them within 30 days after you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Our email and text messages are sent with Klaviyo. Your email address, phone number (if given), your form answer and your activity with our messages (opens and clicks) are stored with Klaviyo, Inc., which may process them in the United States. Please see the Klaviyo Privacy Notice for more details.
