Directions
1 serving = 5 mL (1 teaspoon). Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Children 1 to 3 years: 1 serving once daily. Children 4 to 8 years and adolescents 9 to 13 years: 1 serving 2 to 3 times daily. Adolescents 14 to 18 years and adults: 2 servings 2 times daily.
