AquaOmega Kids High DHA Omega-3 Gummies provide omega-3s from anchovy fish oil together with vitamin D3 in a soft, chewable gummy. Each gummy contains 200 mg of fish oil with 20 mg EPA, 100 mg DHA (130 mg total omega-3) and 333 IU (8.33 mcg) of vitamin D3.

Directions

Children 6 to 12 years, adolescents 12 to 18 years and adults: take 1 gummy 1 to 3 times daily, or 3 gummies once daily, by mouth. Refrigerate after opening.
