CanPrev BioActive B provides all eight B vitamins, plus choline and inositol, in bioactive forms such as methylcobalamin, L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, pyridoxal 5′-phosphate, riboflavin 5′-phosphate and benfotiamine. Niacin is supplied as inositol hexanicotinate.

Directions

Adults (19 years and older): Take 1 capsule, 3 times per day.

400 mcg of folate per day is adequate for most women (to reduce the risk of neural tube defects). Ask a healthcare practitioner to determine if you would benefit from additional folate before taking this product.
