Directions

Adults (19 years and older): Take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening with food.

Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5, calcium D-pantothenate) 125 mg
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera root) extract, 1.5% withanolides, 100 mg
Schisandra (Schisandra chinensis fruit) extract, 1.6% schisandrins, 75 mg
Eleuthero / Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus root) 10:1 extract, equivalent to 750 mg dried root, 75 mg
Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea root) extract, 3% rosavins and 1% salidroside, 50 mg
Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus root) 10:1 extract, equivalent to 380 mg dried root, 38 mg
Vitamin B6 15 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: Hypromellose, magnesium stearate.
