SHIPPING— FAQ
1. Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our Scarborough, Canada, warehouse, packaged with care.

2. Do you ship across Canada?
Yes — we currently ship within Canada only.

3. What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship using Canada Post:

  • Express: 1–2 business days
  • Standard: 3–9 business days
  • Processing time: Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be prepared.

Orders placed after 2 pm EST on Friday ship the following Monday. Holiday periods or severe weather may cause processing times to be extended.

4. Can you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes — we ship to P.O. Boxes (via Express).

5. What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

6. When is my card charged?
We place an authorization when your order is confirmed. Your card is charged once your order ships.

7. How are taxes calculated?
Sales tax is based on your shipping address and shown at checkout.

8. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation. If you need to make a change, email support@nutrihere.ca immediately. We’ll try our best, but changes aren’t guaranteed once confirmation is sent.

9. How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. If you don’t receive the email, check the ‘Spam/Promotions’ folders in your email or contact us at support@nutrihere.ca.

10. My order arrived with missing or wrong items. What do I do?
Email support@nutrihere.ca with your order number and photos. We will correct the issue right away.

11. What if my item arrived damaged?
Please email photos of the packaging and item to support@nutrihere.ca so we can resolve it quickly.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES — FAQ
12. What is your return policy?
We offer returns on most items under these conditions:
You must request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Broken or tampered seals cannot be returned.
Pre-authorization is required — unauthorized returns are refused

13. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or opened?
If possible, note “Damaged / Opened / Missing Item” on the delivery record and refuse the package. Otherwise: Take clear photos of the package + product.

14. How do I initiate a return?
Email support@nutrihere.ca within 14 days
Include:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you want to return
  • Reason
  • Whether the item is opened or unopened

We’ll send return instructions
After inspection, if approved:
Refund to original payment method, or online store credit (based on your preference)
Note: We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

15. Who pays for return shipping?
You pay return shipping unless:
The item was defective, damaged on delivery, or we shipped the wrong item.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in those cases.

16. Do you offer exchanges?
Generally no — except if you received the wrong item.
Gift returns (unopened, within 14 days) can be exchanged for an online store credit.
You may use yown carrier for the return.

17. How long do refunds take?
Once your return is inspected and approved, we issue the refund or credit.
Bank processing times may take up to 10 business days.

18. What if my order has missing or broken items?
Contact us within 14 days at support@nutrihere.ca
with photos. We may request a return for investigation and will send a replacement after verification.

19. Are any items final sale?
Yes — the following cannot be returned or exchanged, unless defective:
Perishable/food items
Clearance or reduced-price items
Certain professional-brand health products
